A 5-week workout series that is gentle yet effective for moving towards returning to exercise post-concussion.
This workout series keeps in mind that you need your exercise to be:
gentle
not overstimulating (minimal audio, just me narrating the start and finish of the exercise)
brief (each video is 12-15 minutes long)
straight-forward (all exercises are done on the floor)
Steady Season workouts are great for the following scenarios:
Taking a break from rehab and want to maintain your physical state
Wanting to still move body despite going through a symptom flare
Needing to exercise lying down due to dysautonomia (e.g. POTS, orthostatic intolerance)
